I WILL NOT COMPLY!

Glenn Beck said this on his talk radio show....I WILL NOT COMPLY!  I must agree with him!  This country has gone down a road that I don't know we can turnaround on.  I really wish at times that I could just go with the flow & not give a crap about all the political happenings...just live in a bubble.  Here's the deal, I can't & I won't!

The bubble is what I like to call "care bear world" meaning everything is great, sunshine & butterflies, rainbows & lollipops.  The bubble is when a person is in a state of dreamlike fluff.  This person thinks that no one is out there to do harm to anyone or any animal.  They believe the whole world is good and nothing bad happens.  This state is also called CODE WHITE!  This means you are lost in your own world.  You are not paying attention to your surroundings for any reason whatsoever.

Here's the problem with "the bubble"...there are really mean people that have no other purpose in their lives than to cause you harm, death, pain, & suffering.  Code White is another way of saying you have been marked as an easy target.  You're easy target because the really mean bad people out there won't have to work hard at all to cause you harm.  I don't think this means you should live in a state of fear.  This simply means you should live in a state of awareness.  A state of awareness means you know there are really mean bad people out there whose sole purpose in life is to cause harm.  It means to be prepared for the unexpected, to go through different scenarios, to be AWARE!  So why not be prepared.  All it takes is a little preparation and thought, very little money, mainly the ability to read and think.  I hope that all who read this will stop and think and do something to be prepared!

So back to I WILL NOT COMPLY!  I feel like this statement means many things, I WILL NOT COMPLY with our government telling me what I can & can't do with my body, my children, my ability to work, my right to PURSUE happiness.  I'm not going to be pushed around and it's time for AMERICA TO WAKE UP!  We've lost our ability to think for ourselves and now our government is stepping in to take complete control.  Life's not fair, we are all in charge of our own lives, it's time to stand up and take care of yourself and your loved ones.

P.S.  I really tried to put my filter on...but it's hard...so I did bite my tongue and didn't write exactly how I feel or all that I really think! :)

ROCK THE VOTE!

           All I can say is VOTE!!!  I'm very passionate about this for many reasons....I get chills just thinking about this great country and all that has happened on this soil to make this country.  My Granny took me to Washington D.C. when I was fifteen and I'll never forget the Arlington Cemetery.  The feel to be where our country was founded and on the soil that all those before us have been.  If you can't understand the importance of the history of this great country then I really feel for you because you are totally missing out!  First and foremost it's your obligation to all those men & women who have fought past, present, & future and many paying the ultimate sacrifice so that we may have the RIGHT TO VOTE!  Many people in other countries will never have that opportunity.  Second...we may not agree with our political leaders or think our vote doesn't matter but this is the system we have now.  So make your voice be heard no matter what!  Third...it hasn't been that long ago that women & people of color did not have the RIGHT TO VOTE.  So wake up and take advantage of what others before us have fought so very hard for.  It's like a slap in the face to all our military and those that fought so that we can have a voice.  How could we be so disrespectful to not take the time to vote???  Am I happy with my choices for this election? ABSOLUTELY NOT!  But I still have to vote.  Indifference is a scary thing and quite frankly a road I don't want to go down.  So with all of my might I encourage all to vote and take pride in your freedom to do so!!!!   ROCK THE VOTE!!! (I know this is from a liberal campaign back in the 80's but I kinda like it...but by no means am I a liberal!)
