Change

Change is a good thing!  As of May 31, 2011 I am closing my business of 10 years and taking a leave of absence!  I'm a hairstylist.  My clients have been like family to me, even though I have a great family of my own.  It's bittersweet to say good bye even if it's temporary!  Many changes have taken place at The Cottage as well as my personal life.  Let's start with The Cottage, remodeled, added new people, services, & products, just to hit the high points.  Personal, the birth of my children (3), another one on the way, my extended family & all that comes with that, my husband's farming & paying job, & few others I'm sure I'll mention along the way.  So on June 1st I'll become unemployed with a paying job, according to society.  However, I'm learning that the most important job is growing up without me & if I want to leave my mark in this great big world I'd better get busy taking care of the future generation that I'm responsible for!  I'm not sure exactly how I've come to this change but I'm going to ride this wave the best I can & have the best time possible!  I hope this blog makes my transition smooth & look forward to a life change & all that it brings!
